Influentially unlikely but you may be able to find one on ebay or something. Check with a site like ebay or anywhere else where people sell things. But typically people don't buy them in singles...

Motorola Talkabout raido has regular frequencies. Nothing has to do with FCC, because FCC is just an organizatioin, it doesn't use Special Equipment to stop your transmittion.
